This is huge
First, you now have to VERY COMPELLING options to apple now; Google+ and OneDrive clouds to auto-backup your photos and videos..U N L I M I T E D.
No, I'm not championing Microsoft but this is a high-stakes game and I expect Google to announce a similar strategy with their cloud service shortly.

Today, storage limits just became a thing of the past with Office 365. Moving forward, all Office 365 customers will get unlimited OneDrive storage at no additional cost. We’ve started rolling this out today to Office 365 Home, Personal, and University customers. The roll out will continue over the coming months, so if you want to be one of the very first to get more storage, go here to put yourself at the front of the line. In the meantime, you can take advantage of the massive capacity you have today by activating the auto upload feature for your camera roll on your phone.

I'll very interested to see if Apple follows suit ( or at least makes another drastic price drop).

Yeah, I know iCloud has close to a half a billion users so unlimited storage for iOS users may be untenable at this time, and the price cuts to iCloud storage were welcome, but Apple still has to do better. They made using iCloud so compelling because it's built into their products, but paying $5/month for 200 GB is not ideal.
Good to see Microsoft pushing the market some more after Dropbox and Google Drive had their little price war.

$6.99 for one computer.
$9.99 for 5 computers.
Wave of the future. Looks like most office related software is going to move to subscription based license to screw the consumer into paying yearly and not just when we want to upgrade.
I think Adobe is or has moved into that nefarious way.

I can understand Indie developers that do it to maintain sustainability, but when you have the best selling office software in the world it's just a money grab.

i dont mind paying $9/mo for movies..i actually enjoy them.
office is a love/hate thing. i personally use gDocs at home for 99% of everything i do. just dont need the extra horsepower of Office for most home-based stuff.
so asking a consumer/end user to fork over $7/mo for access to MSFT's shitty online Office app blows turd balls.
i dont get an extra $7/mo functionality from the office documents i create now..shite like tracking my cycling power threshold, my 4runner service history and a couple shitty android apps.
