In the composite, a combination of Billingsley, Colley, Wolfe, Ken Massey and Jeff Sagarin's rankings, six of the top eight teams call the SEC home, with No. 5 Florida State and No. 6 Oregon the exceptions. The greatest geometric mean difference between two teams in the top 35 of the CFCC comes between No. 8 Georgia and No. 9 Notre Dame. An eight-team playoff based on this week's composite would pit Mississippi State against Georgia, Alabama against LSU, Auburn against Oregon and Mississippi against Florida State in the quarterfinals.

Nobody will remember that loss if we win out and beat the shite out of Bama. LSU will be considered one of the top 4 teams in the country AT THE END OF THE YEAR.
