Very similar. Difference is, Kiffin will try out outthink the wall where LSU will run into the wall until either it or them falls down

Biggest fear would Sims suck in defense on roll out and hitting Cooper.

Haven't really watched Bama otherwise. If you are strong against the run it is trouble

Not well, and Tiger Stadium is a mere shadow of what it once was. It'll be a walk over, and quiet, very quiet. Be sure to pass that on to the Tide.

Throwing on early downs against your corners will be the key to victory. Make the safeties respect a throw. Can we? Not sure.

Defensively, can we stop Cooper, Yeldon, Henry, Fowler? Dont know. Last night's D looked great. I hope the same D shows up.

Force some third and longs and get to Sims early and we got a chance.

I would give bama the edge on paper. Qb is talented and mobile guys give us fits. Momentum and crowd noise will be a factor. If I was bama I would go 4 wide and try to put up 14-21 points early.

Home team would win this year as both teams aren't very good on the road. Very similar teams, glad it's at LSU.

OM shut down Bama - LSU ran at will on them. If we can contain Cooper and Yeldon/Henry - it'll be another game like last night. If you can stop the run all night an make Jennings beat you, it'll be a long game for us.

gonna be a hell of a game.....both teams are getting better and better like we all expected.....Jennings is playing much better, the OL is playing great...and the D is playing lights out.....given that it is Bama, I expect that they will be a couple points favorite...but I expect that the game in reality should be a pick it if not a slight favorite for LSU...jmo....Alabama needs to show they can play on the road...especially your qb.....you guys COULD be #1......

If bama gets stuck in a low scoring dog fight look for LSU to win

think this is huge...bama has played poorly at OM and at Arky.....Miles is due and I expect a great game......LSU wins that game, they are possibly, if not likely back in the top 10....what a season.

Do you all run a 4 2 5 or 3 3 5 base defensive package? Surely saban won't have 5 dbs on the field vs us often...

If so..Expect pain.

I think we match up well if we can keep a Cooper in somewhat control

Underdog at night, CBS national TV, in Tiger Stadium, young D with nothing to lose, Blake Sims in that environment for first go, First go for Kiffin, Our O Line can push anyone around... Amari Cooper isn't a Julio Jones or AJ Green but he's good. Auburn trifecta of receivers is best in league by far. But Bama's line of scrimmage game will at least match ours. Without Terrance Magee, our running game went down against OM. He may be out. Also Davon Godchaux our stud true frost d lineman may have to miss first half for unsportsmanlike conduct. As Les would say, "I like us in every game." Thanks for post though.

What was incorrect about what he said? Jennings had some very good plays last night and also made some very poor mistakes.
