Walk around drinking until you find a tailgate with some hot women and a TV. Start watching whatever game is on, and then talk to people about it. Don't be sneaky and try to act like you know someone there either. Introduce yourself after a while and commence partying with your new buddies

Must say I've had a great time today hanging with some people on the parade grounds. Unfortunately these people are t going to the game so I'm still going in 5 he stadium alone but had a great time tailgating
