Better question might be which episode is a bad one. Great show.

Never watched, never will watch.

You're missing out. John Goodman and Roseanne trading barbs is hilarious.
Roseanne also has some of the best Halloween episodes of any sitcom.

And, to a lesser degree, Laurie Metcalf were the only reasons to watch that show, though.
I watched the show despite how much I disliked Roseanne Barr, not because of it.

Roseanne was awesome. For some reason the only plot I can remember is Dan having to shave his armpits for some reason

The one where Dan talks to DJ about masturbation and the one where Dan, Jackie, and Fred get drunk in the garage were both hilarious.

Hate the finale because it took a dump on the whole show.
I hated how the bitch wrote Dan to be a failure but her fracking disgusting loose meat was a success.
Don't get me wrong, I liked the show, but just hated how SHE had to be the success and Dan had to be a wife cheating dirtbag failure.

Yeah, cause that's never happened in real life. All men are upstanding heroes!

Started out real, jumped the shark.

Which season did it jump the shark?

Honestly, it was the loose meat sandwich season.
I think Roseanne realized that and tried to retcon it when she realized that her show was the star vehicle for Goodman and Metcalf, but not herself, and queered it all in the ending.
I'm sure Goodman doesn't care for the ending, but most people don't. It is what it is.

I like the one when Dan beats the shite out of that fricker husband that was kicking Jackie's arse.
Darlene being the one to bail him out of jail was pretty damn funny.

Goodman wanted to leave the show but the producers convinced him to stick around for a few episodes in the last season. I don't think he was too concerned about the ending.

The episode where they were all in the bathroom smoking pot.

Yeah, but sitcoms since the 80's at least have gone pretty far in the extremes with ALL men being horny lazy losers who need strong women to keep them in line.
I haven't seen Roseanne since I left home for college (mom and sisters were fans - go figure), but I seem to remember several female characters having men cheat, run off, or sexually harass them.

ehh, most women in sitcoms are hen pecking nags.
it goes both ways and shouldn't be surprising since comedies almost always lean on over the top stereotypes for the comedic moments.

Okay, I'm still having fun, but I admit it is getting silly, now.
