Gonna smoke some boudin from Best Stop for the tailgate today. Not looking to put too much smoke on it, just crisp it up some. I was thinking of cooking it at 300 for about 30 minutes. Any recommendations out there??

300 for 20-30 mins will be perfect. Crisp skin and a little smoke. All you need is a cold beer. Tailgate heaven.
