re: have you ever been better at a job then your boss?

There are so many things a boss is responsible for other than the particular job at hand. Bosses have management skills, customer service skills, organizational skills and so on. I am thankful that some employees know how to handle some things about the job more than me. But the overall skill of running a company and flourishing and making money is a skill that only I have.
