IMDB

Really excited to see this 'comeback' from Michael Keaton. The cast is pretty solid for this type of comedy that includes:

Emma Stone
Edward Norton
Zach Galifianakis
Naomi Watts

Damn. Michael Keaton just got super old. He looked young in The Other Guys, which wasn't so long ago.

I hadn't even heard of this, but I will definitely give it a shot.

I don't know if I've noticed Keaton in anything since Jackie Brown

Looking forward to seeing this. It will probably open in Shreveport about 8 months after its wide release elsewhere.

Same, unfortunately, for Whiplash. But I think at least the Robinson will be playing it sometime soon.

Absolutely loved this film. This is everything you'd want in a movie that makes you appreciate good screenplay writing.

Hey, we don't want no scrubs. You need to watch The Other Guys.

This movie is pretty dang close to flawless. Great acting all around. Norton was the standout IMO. The camera work is INCREDIBLE. I can't recommend this one highly enough.

"light, semi-spoiler"

Frankly, the only criticism that I've read concerns the script . . . specifically, the last fifteen minutes or so. I kind of agree. It seemed almost like trying to have it both ways. But prior to that, I thought the writing was solid. And all of the performances were spot on, imo.

Completely agree. The acting and cinematography were the best in recent memory.

Saw it tonight . Definitely artsy-fartsy, but wow!

Hats off to everyone involved.

Had moments of brilliance from all involved, but I left feeling that there was just something missing. However, this was one hell of a role for Keaton.

Can't wait for Iñárritu's next film, The Revenant.

Out of two universally acclaimed movies this year, Birdman & Boyhood, for me, Birdman is far superior.

If he doesn't get an Oscar nomination they should just quit giving out Oscars.

I thought Keaton was great, Emma Stone was great and even Zack Galifianakis was great. I thought Norton was the standout though.
