Hey Paige... yesterday I was thinking of something that made me depressed as hell. I started thinking about how the days of photo albums are pretty much done. I'm not talking about an online photo account... I'm talking like the real books with sticky pages and that clear protective cover that goes over the photos. I have all these pictures on my phone and even some photos on my old phone that I don't even use but that I keep around just b/c it has pics on it.

My mom has all these photo albums with pics of me and different people in my family as I was growing up. It kinda makes me sad that I won't have those for my kids.

I'm thinking I might go back through all the digital photos I have stored all over the place and start printing them out... maybe buy some old school photo albums and create some memories.

My grandma gave me several old photo albums a while back. I made a shadowbox for her with my pawpaw's war medals and stuff. There were a bunch of photos of him from his time in the service and I guess she figured I was the best person in the family to preserve her old photo albums.

And I don't scrapbook.

You can also get them printed straight into a book. Almost all of the photo websites do that these days.
