USPS is a crap shoot. I once had a package sent from a seller in the UK which utilized the Royal Mail and then the USPS once it made it to the US. 2-3 weeks after it was sent still nothing. Seller was cool and refunded me my money back. Month later get a notice I had a package at the local post office. Went and gave them the notice and 10-15 minutes they could not find anything. Finally they find the package and it's the item I bought from the UK

I got prime shipping on my generator for the tailgate this year. I would've been pissed if I was the shipping guy

I'd ask them at what point it became too heavy. It wasn't too heavy when they took the shipment, it wasn't too heavy in transit, but now it's too heavy?

I ordered a 160 lb 3500 watt generator from Amazon overnight shipping $3.99. The Fed Ex chick pulled all the way into the drive as close too the door as possible. I had to help her unload it.

Wouldn't it have been more convenient just to go to the store? I'd let them sit on it and send it back.
