You know those 20% off one Item coupons from Bed Bath & Beyond? Despite the fact that there is an expiration date on the coupon, it doesn't actually expire and you can use as many as you like at one time!

If you had 5-20% off coupons, a single item still wouldn't be free after the 5 coupons were applied. Example ($100-20%=$80, $80-20%=$64, $64-20%=$51.20, $51.20-20%=$40.96, $40.96-20%=$32.77 rounded). 5-20% off coupons equals approx. 67.23% off. Still a good deal though.
