Free Lot Behind Alex Box

Last couple years I have parked in that lot and set up a tent on the backside of the lot by the ditch and hung out a couple hours before game time. Haven't had a chance to make a game this year but plan on it Saturday. Anybody know how quickly that lot has been filling up now that Nicholson is shut down? (How early would one need to get down there to park there)

That lot is significantly smaller now that they expanded the intramural facility. I think I got there around 1 for the MSU game and it was already full - had to go down to the levee lot. My guess is that you would need to get there at least before noon for this one.
I did park there for Kentucky and they were forcing people to park three-deep, so even if you do get there on time, I'm not sure how much room you would have to set up a tent. The free lots are not conducive to tailgating anymore like they were in the past.
