Trades with different player amounts? Ex: 3 guys for 1 guy

How do yall deal with these types of trades? With roster limitations wouldn't it make sense to just make it 3 for 1+ their 2 worst guys? Otherwise the guy getting the 3 players has to drop two guys anyway.

The one getting more players has to drop guys. If you request the trade and you are getting more players then you have to drop on the spot, if it's the other guy he has to drop as he accepts it.

If you want the one and he wants the 3 then just ask him who he will drop and tell him to put it in the trade. Otherwise, just send 3 for 1 and let him decide who to drop rather than guessing who he'll drop.
