I don't have enough wild pork for the whole family.

How would wild pork and a deer roast taste together?

Yay or nay?

TIA!

I cook a pork roast along with beef and deer all the time. Heck, I've done all 3 together in a large foil pan on the pit before. Never had a complaint nor leftovers.

can you slice them and pound them flat then layer them with bacon/stuffing/cheese etc? Then roll it up and tie it shut. (a roulade)

another good idea is one meat then creole mustard then the other then boudin. Then roll it up and wrap in bacon.

Do you only have one pot?

Cook them separately.
