The U.S. Supreme Court has said that if 3 or more "Brah's" have been said and if "your set" has been encroached upon, you are allowed to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to "handle yo bizz".

Oh, YEAH! I remember that case. State of New Jersey vs Michael "Spike" Guido. CJ Roberts and J Ginsberg were at each other's throats about the definition of "set." Oral argument on that one was fantastic.
