seems like he could just get to 160 and be fine. I think he is fancying himself as a McConoughey or Bale…it seems really unnecessary for this role unless the character has cancer or something which it doesn't appear to be the case based on the trailer.

I bet 137 is way closer to his healthy weight than 197.

yeah I would guess he stays around 160-165 normally when he's not getting roiled up for certain roles like Pain and Gain. in most movies he's a normal size with some defined arms and no body fat. he's not very tall so I would think shredded he would be under 160

He may have gotten to 197 for that bodybuilding movie but he's nowhere near that normally. He's 5'2.
He's 5'8''.

Agreed that it's probably closer to his normal weight, but he does apparently stay in good shape and hit the weights a lot. He's probably consistently around 170 or so, though I bet at 5'8" he could be in the 140s to 150s and look like he should if he was working a normal 9 to 5 and didn't need to be an action movie star.

Actors, (or anyone) never look the same after they do that much rapid weight loss

If he is 5'8 then Liam Neeson is 7'6. He is 5'5 tops.

He's not 5'2". He's about 5'8".
looks an inch or 2 taller than Mila Kunis who is only 5'4", I'd say more like 5' 6", bet he wears a lot of platforms for movies like Invincible so he doesn't look like such a shrimp next to athletes.
either way dropping THAT MUCH weight! sheesh,, that's a lotta speed, grapefruit and sunflower seeds.

Okay. Every source on the internet is wrong. You're right because you've seen him on a giant movie screen.

You're so mad that your hero is short. Sorry.
