I have "darker" tint on my car for the first time in my driving career. Where can I take it and get an inspection?

What exactly are the laws in La on tinting?
I know here, they have to be done at the factory for front and back windshield. Not sure how dark side windows can be.
But while i was in Florida, people would tint the frick out of their windshield, rear window and side windows.

No can do, Vehicles registered in East or West Baton Rouge, Iberville, Livingston or Ascension Parishes have a special inspection sticker and process because of heightened federally-mandated emission controls in the BR Metro area. Orleans Parish, Westwego and Kennah (brah) have they own brake tags.
