I give up Julio and Bishop Sankey in exchange for Andrew Luck.

I'd ask for one of his lower tiered WRs with Luck if you could. Hilton and Patterson are way too boom or bust.

I'd rather keep Julio and roll with Cutler. Last week was the first week all year that Cutler put up less than 20 points.

I would do it. You could plug Luck in as QB and know that you will get 20 points a week. Hilton can step in and take Julio's spot.
