Would you agree to this trade for Golden Tate

I'm a Calvin Johnson owner. 10 team PPR.
My WR are Calvin, Sanders, Watkins, Floyd, and Lafell. My RB are L. Bell, Vereen, Ivory, Ingram, Mckinnon and A. Williams.
Trade proposed is I give Ivory and Floyd for Tate and Hyde (throw away).
I like getting Tate to compensate for Calvin being out. But week 9 bye issues with Calvin, Tate and Watkins all out, I'd be starting Sanders and Lafell.
Other owner does not have much else I want in the way of an RB. Maybe Blue as a handcuff/hostage.

Other option is to propose a trade to Hilton owner for Floyd/Ingram. He owns K. Robinson and needs RB help in a bad way.

Personally, I like this trade better. TY has a Week 10 BYE so you're not getting all screwed up on Week 9. TY also has Andrew Luck throwing to him. Additionally, if Megatron does decide to come back this week, Tate turns into a WR2/3. TY would still be a WR1/2.

Got Ivory + Lafell for Tate + Hyde done. Would have preferred Hilton, but he wanted Ivory + Floyd and I wanted to keep Floyd.
Now question is do I offer him Floyd + McKinnon for Hilton?
