Let's not get carried away.., more often than not at the epicenters of higher learning, the professors are pushing this agenda on down to the next generations. We need someone who has proven they will abide by it...

ETA: "abide by it IN PRACTICE, not just rhetoric..."

I'd like to see Jonathan Turley run.

Holder was probably using the language loosely. He probably meant, "His biggest failure was that he couldn't influence gun control legislation".

I'm glad Holder never got sidetrack on that nonsense.

If all his "gun control" laws were aiming to do is ensure that guns dont get in to the hands of criminals, juveniles, and mentally unstable, i dont see why this even debatable. seems like common sense legislation.

Quick show of dancing bananas if you'd like to uppercut Eric Holder into a pit of spikes, Mortal Kombat style?

The Attorney General is the head law enforcement officer.....not a law creator.

You really think that is where it would stop? It's just another door to get the foot in, much like abortions and gay marriage. I bet you 50 years ago you would have never thought those two things possible.

None of which apply to Sandy Hook. The mother was fine. The kid was fricked up. Now we take away guns from parents who have fricked up kids?

Is that were this is going?

actually, yeah. There is no appetite in this country to eliminate gun posession. Some localities due to localized issues - perhaps, but on a national scale, definintely not, and i think this line if thinking is nothing more than politics of fear.

He doesn't but he can do things to try and create support among legislators....like say funnel guns to cartels which will be used to kill Hispanics and border control agents...

So Holder regrets not being a representative or Senator or does he regret not being the edict-in-chief?

So basically you don't support the 2nd amendment.

Tell us some other constitutional failures in your eyes.
