Anyone else having problems with their PLEX account? It took me forever to initially set up PLEX on my ROKU because I had to change the port-forwarding servers on my router. Finally got it working a few weeks back. I turned on my tv last night and none of my channels were there. I checked my router settings and everything is the same, but still no channels. Disconnected from the server and now it won't connect to any servers. Anyone else ever experience this or having similar problems?

I experienced a similar issue but it resolved itself.
I don't remember if the resolution was an update to the plex client on my media server or an update to the app on roku.
I updated one or the other and the issue fixed itself but spawned a new problem....

I have plex plus and was able to watch my plex media on my phone through my LTE network (outside of my wifi or a remote wifi network), now I can't. It won't detect my library. If I connect to a random wifi network (like at my office), it works fine.

I loved plex when I discovered it and put a lot of time into managing my media and making sure I had neat lookign cover art for my tv shows and that all of the metadata was correct. It was a fun hobby, now its becoming more trouble than its worth.

Can you explain what PLEX is and what it does on Roku like I am 5 years old?

Plex makes the pornog... uh... Dora the Explorer episodes that daddy downloaded/ripped on the computer easily watchable on the tv.

Also, I noticed Roku added a beta for screen sharing functionality. Has anyone tried it yet?

I thought you only had to mess with port forwarding to access your library from outside of your network...I never had too do that for mine.
