And you're going completely off-topic. My point is there is little reason to regard Ole Miss as one of the best defenses in the country at this point. I don't care what the average per game is.

I'm not saying LSU is going to score a ton of points against them or that LSU has beaten a collection of great teams.

Being ranked #8 and holding Alabama to 17 points is cause for concern......considering we are not an offensive juggernaut to begin with and are very one dimensional.

Sure, there are a lot of causes for concern, and it would help to have a more balanced offense than we've had so far. I'm not disputing that.

I remain unconvinced that Ole Miss is either the best defense LSU has faced (Auburn is a possibility despite the Miss. St. game; Ole Miss could lose by a similar score to Miss. St.) or one of the 10 best in the country. Ole Miss could win 35-14, and I might still be unconvinced.

Maybe we should be 0-8 right now instead of 6-2. Since our QB sucks and all. There are teams with the same record as ours with better QBs, and worse records with better QBs. We can win despite the QB throwing for 300. 10 year track record of that.

Wow so you are making excuse for us not ever having a good qb. You just accept it

Why? I think they are a horrible match up for us. We will have to throw because they will stack the box. They have ... the #1 defense.
what is wrong with you people, where do you get this shite? not only are they not number 1, but theyre ranked behind Wisconsin.

(gee, let me guess, this is when you say, "Wisconsin sucks lol emoticon emoticon big ten lol miles dumb button button SEC button button bama saban lol miles dumb")

Alabama offense was held to 10. 7 of those points were on the BS no-call before halftime where the Alabama guy pulled the facemask of the OM RB to cause the fumble and then returned the fumble for the TD.

Actually, Alabama's TD even came on a 4th down which is pretty salty.

I think Jennings can get the job done against Ole Miss.
Pumpies........ We just don't know about the DNA in those Terrans. Something not quite right there.

The ONLY chance of the large striped felines winning the game against the large furry black bear creatures is if the LSU defense plays lights out and maybe one of the LSU running backs break a few long TD runs.

Felines are not going to win this game without a passing game and we don't see it suddenly appearing against the Black Bear defense.

Maybe the entire team will "Feed" off the emotional intensity of the Nocturnal Tiger Stadium crowd and play over their heads for four quarters.

We don't see it happening though with the current dysfunctional QB situation.

I could literally post about 30-40 GOOD teams that Miles has beaten over the last 9 years while at LSU...but then, that isn't what you are looking for here....this is an absolute joke you posted this......seriously, you should be banned for intentionally flaming when you know what you post isn't true.

LSU lost to state and auburn and will likely lose to Ole Miss in THIS YEARs season. Further, LSU will not make another championship run unless it adopts a more balanced offensive scheme and better QB development.

What you perceived as a flame is nothing more than you aggravation of knowing its true.
