Who here saw Jennings throw the TD last weekend? Serious question. He looked better to me in the UK game, only took one sack I believe which is really his worst problem.

Jennings does what he is asked to do, by a coach with a bunch of wins under his belt. We keep on complaining, yet we are still winning games.

I agree with this, this is a team that is learning, and showing improvement.
BTW Jennings has been clutch in several games he has played.
Looking forward to Saturday !

It seems to be a great formula for winning between 8-10 games a year

LSU has won as few as 8 games only one time out of 9 years under Miles. LSU has won more than 10 games on 4 different occasions in 9 years. Furthermore, they average OVER 10 wins a year...yet you choose to use a spread of 8-10 games as if that is the floor and ceiling. Actually, 8 is the floor. 10 is most definitely not the ceiling. You are trying to spin in a certain way that only negatigers can relate to.

not beat the better more balanced teams

I could literally post about 30-40 GOOD teams that Miles has beaten over the last 9 years while at LSU...but then, that isn't what you are looking for here....this is an absolute joke you posted this......seriously, you should be banned for intentionally flaming when you know what you post isn't true.

I think Miss at -3.5 is a great bet myself. Look for the spread to get up around 5 or 6 before it's over.

For god sakes then man, empty your savings....bet the farm....and LOL at you predicting the spread to double over the next few days. CAn it go up? Absolutely. But, it can also go down. You sound like that clown last week who said the KY game would be down to around 2 or 3 points by kickoff.

Also, Alabama ran for greater than 150 yards on Ole Miss. LSU can at least equal that. it's funny kids like you. You never look at who Ole Miss has been playing. They have played one good team, at home, and that is it. We will see what they have against a vastly improving team in a hostile environment. They come into TS and beat LSU, then I'll give them credit....until they they have played ONE team with an offensive pulse. Period.

Ok and what good team has LSU beat at home???

Ole Miss is the best defense we will played to this point. I just think our qb is our biggest liability and while I am a big LSU fan it is gonna be tough until we get a qb that can be a threat in the passing game. Les Miles has all of his qbs scared to make a mistake. I honestly believe we have a issue evaluating qbs because they recruited Russell Sheperd, Randle, Rettig, Rivers and Bolden (transfer) and none of these guys is starting at the qb position.

Total yards or total points don't tell the whole story. That seems to be your malfunction here. I'm sorry, it matters that Ole Miss hasn't played Mississippi St. yet, hasn't played Auburn yet, and has played Vanderbilt and Tennessee.

Its not a probrem with recruiting QB s its a problem with coaching them. They push a conservative approach which produces fear of mistakes. A good QB should never be afraid to pull the trigger.

I also like that you discount Bama's offense improperly to suit your argument. Ole Miss absolutely has one of the best, if not the best, defenses in the country

I also like how your style of arguing is to just re-state your thesis.

What's improper about pointing out that the only really impressive defensive accomplishment wasn't as good as Arkansas's most impressive defensive accomplishment?

They do when LSU has played a real good team.

Tell me ONE team with a pulse that LSU has done good against????? Just one.......... Ole Miss has a real good pulse.

And LSU has beaten a ok Wisky team and a bunch of HS teams... FLA is not good at all, and UK was overmatched from the start because LSU has MORE quality players and depth than them. THIS is not the case with Ole Miss....... Le me tell ya something... Miles STILL wants to play Big Ten football... Doing this will NOT beat Ole Miss this year.. I hope I am totally wrong... But THIS Ole Miss team is a horrible mismatch for LSU.. LSU has played 8 games without a bye and is tired... It will show Saturday.. Sorry.. But that's the way I feel...

No dumass......they've played a few teams with an offensive pulse.....pay attention:

Tam (1) 516 ypg
Alabama (11) 515 ypg
BSU (18) 485 ypg

Hell, Even Memphis (429 ypg/33 pts per game) and ULL (411 ypg and 26 pts per game) are no slouches offensively

They're D is legit no matter how u want to spin it.

I don't even bother with them on this. They can't be that ignorant to be calling A&M a good offense...and LOL at Boise. Alabama scored 17 against Ole Miss and 14 against Arkansas.....you are wasting your time to argue with them. They are so caught up with bashing everything LSU, mainly coaching, that there is no way they are going to be objective anyway. Just let them laugh...it'll all work out one way or another over the next couple of weeks......It is kind of comical though.....people were bashing bama just last week on their poor offense.....now they are all world again....dukke' is the number 1 over-reacting/knee-jerking poster on here....he just is...sad thing is that he is older....I guess not everyone gains wisdom.

YOU SAID they haven't played a team with an offensive pulse...those are your words. I simply stated that they have. I'm not bashing....or hating. I don't need to argue because I'm right. Carry on with your rhetoric.
