LSU baseball practice schedule for this week + last week's scrimmage stats

From the LSU baseball office:

Upcoming Schedule

Monday: Practice 3:00pm; Scrimmage 5:00pm

Tuesday: Practice 3:00pm; Scrimmage 4:00pm

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: Practice 3:00pm; Scrimmage 5:00pm

Friday: Practice 3:00pm; Scrimmage 4:00pm

Saturday: OFF

Sunday: Practice 5:00pm; Scrimmage 7:00pm

*** All practices are open to the public***

***Scrimmage times are approximate and subject to change***



Last Week's Scrimmage Leaders

Mark Laird went 7-for-16

Conner Hale went 3-for-9 with a double, home run, and 5 RBI

Danny Zardon went 10-for-16 with two home runs

Freshman Infielder Greg Deichmann went 7-for-11 with two doubles and a home run

Alex Bregman went 6-for-15 with a home run and double

Andrew Stevenson went 7-for-15

Hunter Devall pitched 1.2 scoreless innings with two strikeouts

Freshman right-hander Doug Norman pitched three scoreless innings

Freshman right-hander Alex Lange pitched three scoreless innings with three strikeouts

Redshirt Freshman right-hander Jesse Stallings pitched three scoreless inning with two strikeouts

He sure is. It's going to be impossible to keep him out of the lineup if he keeps it up through the Spring.

I can't tell any difference in the speed that it comes off the bat but it seems to be carrying further, which is what it is supposed to do.

I know last week Andrew Stevenson misjudged a fly ball hit to center field. He thought he had it all the way and it went about 10 feet over his head.
