You're best guess is incorrect. He's doing much better today so let's drop all the assumptions.

If Deke is indeed okay, I can now laugh at this comment

Must have drank out of Bobby s cup on accident

Poor judgement by WWL for letting him on the air. Like someone said, how hard would it be to find someone to sit next to Bobby? You're a voice on the radio and Deke should not have been near a mic.

This.

But not yesterday.

When WWL hired him.

Either way it's messed up to make fun of someone that's suffered through that

If you look at recent pictures of him he looks more like he has the AIDS or the Ebola than be a candidate for stroke.

I hope Deke is okay.

But I will say that I greatly enjoyed T-Bob taking over and doing the show with his dad. I kind of don't hate T-Bob on the radio. He actually brought some intellect and it balanced his dad's rabble rabble rabble. We all know what we get with Bobby, and Deke doesn't compliment him. But T-Bob did a good job IMO.

He was having trouble talking on the point after; it got to the point that he could hardly speak and sounded confused so bobby did a commercial leadin. after a LONG break when they came back deke was no longer there, replaced by t-bob

Jesus, drunk post game Bobby and Deke having a TIA on the air. It must have been even dumber than usual. I'm almost sorry I missed it.

By the time I tuned in, T-Bob was on the air. I figured two Heberts would guarantee a clusterfrick of epic proportions, but T-Bob did fine. Deke sounded very hoarse Saturday, so I just assumed he was out sick on Sunday.

I hate Deke Bellavia as an on-air personality, but if he actually had a stroke, I hope he makes a complete recovery. I wouldn't wish that my worst enemy.

T-Bob is actually, by New Orleans standards, pretty good at his job.

I like him.

A bit too many tangents but he does a reasonably good job, is pretty funny, and gets to the damn point.

When I tuned in, Bobby was rambling on in his typical postgame inebriated stream of unconsciousness fashion. Finally, T-Bob said something like, "Hey, we ought to take some of these callers. They've been on hold a long time." They took one call and then went to commercial!

I like his morning show, especially when Garic isn't on.

His voice is much better than Deke's Mickey Mouse whine

Apparently, Deke knows quite a bit about high school football. He also seems to be reasonably well informed about pro sports, in a general manner. But he's extremely inarticulate. I don't know how he EVER got a job on the air. He has some sort of dimwitted, half breed hillbilly/yat kind of thing going on. But what makes him completely unbearable to me is that he's such a fricking dick to his callers.

Bobby butchers the English language on a regular basis, but that's not completely unexpected for a guy from Cut Off, LA. More importantly, he's not an a-hole like Deke.
