Hopkins, Welker or Shorts III

I'm starting Shorts over Welker. Welker is a huge question mark right now. You get the feeling he's going to start being a consistent 10 point per week receiver once he gets settled, but each week that goes by that seems less likely. Don't have Hopkins, but that guy is a boom or bust, risk/reward type.

I'd go with CS3. Dependable points.
