His Direct TV commercials make me laugh every time.
I think that he is one of the most underrated actors out there. His Sam Seaborne on West Wing was a great character.
Why isn't he in more movies or hasn't achieved a higher level of stardom?

Played Sam perfectly.
He wanted more screen time and money and didn't get it so he left.
I guess he got a rep for being difficult. About the only reason I can think of that he hasn't had more work.

Those Actors/Characters were such a perfect match that I cannot imagine anyone else playing them.
Probably the best of all time TV show, in my opinion.
