Is what this interviewer did rude?

I was interviewing this past week and the interviewer was flipping through my transcript. He was trying to be very nice and be like my friend so I would be all relaxed and let my guard down. Kept selling me on the position and saying I would be great etc. But I didn't get the job. Grades were not really good and he asked about them. I would like to apply again next year thats why I ask.

I just thought it was a bit much. Especially when they do it in front of you.

well i didn't upload my undergrad transcript onto website. I just brought it in. But we weren't required to upload them on the website

Did he tell you right on the spot you didn't get the job?
Either way it's evident you need to work on your communication skills. That's pretty key to getting a good job.

well i asked my friend did he flip through your grades and she was like no. He didn't even care about my transcript. Just curious.

My grades suck and I so far have gotten call backs on every interview I have been on, you just suck at interviewing and are not qualified.
