This weekend is vital, for this season's success and recruiting. LSU can build on it's momentum vs an up-and-coming SEC team, and go into the Ole Miss game w a lot of confidence. A lot of these same recruits were here for Miss St and there definitely needs to be a better showing on the field

Nicholas Brossette, RB, 6-1, 220, University High, LSU-commitment
Derrius Guice, RB, 5-10, 220, Catholic, LSU-commitment
Donte Jackson, CB, 5-11, 170, Riverdale
Shea Patterson, QB, 6-2, 190, Calvary Baptist, 2016.
Johnathan Abram, ATH, 6-1, 210, East Marion, Columbia, Mississippi, 2015
Blake Ferguson, LS, 6-1, 235, Buford, Georgia, 2015, LSU-commitment
Jason Pellerin, QB, 6-5, 220, 2015, Catholic-New Iberia, Ole Miss-commitment
Feleipe Franks, QB, 6-5, 205, Wakhula, 2016, LSU-commitment
Kendall Bussey, RB, 5-9, 210, Newman, Nebraska-commitment
Kristian Fulton, CB, 6-0, 170, Rummel, 2016
Briston Guidry, DL, 6-3, 275, Rummel, 2016, Mississippi State commitment
Dylan Jackson, DE, 6-6, 250, Maryville, Tennessee, 2015, Tennessee-commitment.
David Ducre, RB, 6-0, 235, Lakeshore, 2015, LSU-commitment
Reggie Walker, DE/LB, 6-2, 235, Ponchatoula, 2015
Collin Fountain, OL, 6-4, 330, Barbe, 2016
Dylan Moses, ATH, 6-2, 230, University High, 2017, LSU-commitment

Per Nola.com
Small write-ups on a few of the guys in the link

Wow I didn't realize how big a list this game is going to have. Y'all think Pellerin will eventually get an offer? It's interesting that his only big offers are Ole Miss and Cal....

its interesting to look at the 2015 la. guys who do not have LSU offers, pellerin, walker, bussey etc. versus guys not at the game reid, McGinnis, Dillon etc. I don't know who the staff is really after.

He will very likely leave the visit as an LSU Tiger. Butch has apparently been trying to talk Jackson into playing OT at the next level and he doesn't seem too fond of that idea.

Personally I think he could be a very good DE in college and he will be a good pickup for you guys.

I'd like Pellerin, McGinnis, Reid, the Jackson guy committed to Tennessee, and the Jacobs guy from Rummel as guys who are not highly ranked.

True, but I'm hoping he ends up going the Lavar Edwards route

I hope we offer him soon. He's going to be a good one.

I wonder how he looks at LB? He's pretty mush just been a DE in high school.

Any chance we take both Pellerin and Justin Mcmillian and restock the cupboards this year. Or do we take 1 and wait on Franks and/or Shea

Not even close....doesn't have the arm and accuracy that Dak had his two years at Haughton.
