I don't do split jerks yet because I'm still conscious of my ACL reconstruction.
I've done sets of 195x5 performing basically a simple push press.
No 1RMs.

Are you doing Rx or scaled? This will be my first one and just did the first workout today

I'm in scaled as well.
I did today's workout and followed it up with the first workout.185 and shut it down. I'm going to work on form at 135 over the next few days.
I'll start at 185 at the meet and move up to 205 on my second attempt. If I get 205, and have time, I'll try 215 or so.

Thrusters and KB swings for scaled (21/15/13 75/55lb thruster and 35/26lb KB complex)

My plantar fasciitis will kick my arse in #3.
I can feel the inflammation on my heel so I loaded it up with some preparation-H after stretching it, rolling it out with a frozen can and taking some Advil.
