How much more valuable is a player who has already had his bye week?

There are 7 more games left in the fantasy regular season. Does that make a player with no bye 14% more valuable? (roughly 1/7).
My team is 3-3 but leads the league in scoring by a pretty significant margin.
I have the option to trade the eagles' defense to two different teams. In each deal, I get a wide receiver. (I'm not saying which players... I don't want opinions.)
I have a slight preference for one of the receivers (Higher upside, IMO), but that guy has not had his bye week. The other receiver had his bye already.

It honestly depends on who the better player is. 1 week wont make that much of i difference if the other player is outscoring him by a large margain. If its like a 10 point difference between the players at the end of the year, go with the player without a bye left

I will say that both guys are buy-low players, so that is hard to evaluate which one will be better. I think both guys will turn things around, but I like the potential of one guy more than the other.
