Mary Landrieu has to go. You cannot be for O&G and with Reid, Obama and Pelosi. You cannot be for ObamaCare and not even read the most important bill of your career.

I don't know why the bashing of Cassidy. He is better for us than Landrieu and that is all that matters. Do I agree on every single issue? No, but Cassidy > Landrieu and that is what we are voting. Not Cassidy versus our ideal candidate.

I know many on the left who feel the same way about many of their candidates, too.

Big Boys understand the REALITY of coalition politics in a two party system. Therefore Big Boy voters will and do vote for the coalition that they think will do the least amount of damage, rather than the one that passes an ideological litmus test. It hurts my feelings and offends my sensibilities that Bill Cassidy and I are not in full agreement on policy issues, but then I remember the incompetent, kleptocratic coalition that opposes him, think of Lois Lerner, Nancy Pelosi , Eric Holder et al and suddenly I feel real good about pulling that lever for him.

Would you mind giving exact examples as to why you consider Cassidy a RINO?

the irony is this has been mary Landrieu's entire campaign theme.

"i's gone git yous the ole moneys, he ain't, so go frick yallselves"

democrats have fricked up everything so badly during Obama's run that libertarians like myself won't even hold my nose. I'll breathe that shite in willingly when I vote against democrats across the board.

mary Landrieu cast the deciding vote for obamacare against our wishes and then rubbed our noses in it like a psychopath...I can't vote in LA anymore, nor do I ever want to, but if LA doesn't vote her out, they deserve everything they get for it, and everything they've received thus far.

yeah I don't see how liberals who didn't think Hillary was liberal enough in '08 are going to be thrilled to vote for her in 2016, however they will do it.

This Politico reporter has written three articles in the past week about the Louisiana Senate race.

He has quoted Cedric Richmond in all three articles.

The author also described the Landrieu campaign slogan, "I'm With Mary", as "peppy".

I'm not voting for him. I'm either voting for the alleged Democrat plant Rob Maness, or Brannon McMorris.

"Republican, Is Not Mary"

I have nowhere near the antipathy toward Mary that so many on this board have and I am an enthusiastic +1 on this. With control of the Senate up for grabs, anyone who is concerned about government overreach in the last 2 years of the Obama administration should vote for Cassidy unless he is caught in bed with a "dead girl." (I have moved beyond stigmatizing trysts with "live boys," which was the other half of what our former gov said would be the things that would cause him to lose an election).
