Trade Andre Williams for Roddy white? Thinking after this week he brings really no value other than if Jennings goes down again.

Depends on what you need. If you are hurting for RBs, then Williams will be a startable fill in for a couple weeks. If you need WRs, then it's an obvious trade.
In a vacuum, without considering your roster, I would trade away Andre Williams to get Roddy White.
