He basically criminalized criticism of the gov't and damaged civil liberties with the sedition act of 1918. Also gave us the 17th amendment which took state power and influence away and made the senate redundant and does not represent the states best interests. He threatened to pack the Supreme Court when they did something he didn't like, gave us pure socialism in the New Deal that actually prolonged the depression and we're still dealing with his programs that are driving us to financial ruin seventy years later, imprisoned Japanese Americans without due process, and overall continued Wilson's legacy.
