Who is better at determining if a guy is gay...men or women?

I always hear women talk about how good their gaydar is and how they just have a sixth sense for that sort of thing. Then again, there are some pretty stuck-up bitches who will make such an assumption if you aren't all over them the minute they walk through a door.
My friends and I can usually tell if a guy is gay simply because of his mannerisms and demeanor. Most gay guys are pretty effeminate these days and don't even bother hiding it so it's not that difficult to draw that sort of conclusion.
Are men usually better in making such an assessment or are women?

I used to be able to easily tell. But after meeting some gays that I never would have guessed they were I'm rethinking my gaydar

I usually don't invest much stock into anyone who thinks they know another person sexuality, political leanings, religion, or any other shite like that.

As a guy I think you just know if a guy is gay. Pegged several at our high school. They came out 5 years later. To quote Michael Scott "maybe one day we can sit down and have a beer and you can explain to me how you can do that to another dude"

yeah, the flamboyant ones are. There are plenty of gay guys, both in and out of the closet, that you have met and didn't realize were gay.

i have never seen a discernible difference between the sexes. every time someone i know or know of has come out of the closet, either absolutely everyone knew or absolutely everyone was surprised.
from what i can tell, girls like to brag about their "gaydar" for some unknown reason and everyone else is just like "yeah, that dude is obviously gay."
