Both on waivers. I don't have much budget left ($17 out of $100) but which would you bid on and how much? I really need a WR.

Shorts went for 10, Holmes for 51 in one of my leagues. The next highest for Holmes was like 5 though.
I like Shorts though, he'll probably be injured soon again though.

Holmes probably has the better bet at securing WR1 duties in Oakland. In Jacksonville, I think every week a different WR can emerge so I'd lean Holmes. How much? If you like him, go 17. I've been operating with 0 FAAB dollars for weeks and have no trouble making pickups.

I ended up getting Shorts for $15 and nobody else bid on him. I hate when that happens. 
Holmes went to $11. That was also my bid for him, but I had it setup where I would only get one of the two.
