What can I do turn this disaster into something better? (NSFW)

I really did not want to ever start one of those threads but I am completely at a loss. First AP, then Doug, then an under performing Keenan Allen, now Cruz, and freaking Moreno...

Well here is my roster please let me know what I can do to improve it. It's a PPR scoring league.
