BYE week and Ingram IR return roster help

.5 PPR league and we start an extra WR/TE FLEX

With Ingram coming off the IR I need to drop somebody. Also, my kicker, Cody Parkey, is on a BYE.

And the Lions D/ST plays the Saints.

Do I drop the Lions D/ST and Cody Parkey for better options? I have never been one to roster more than one D/ST or K but I just have a hard time dropping either one of them because they have done so well this year.

So do I drop some of these guys instead? Remember I need to drop at least one regardless to make room for Ingram.


Here is my roster that I started last week and who they play this week:

STARTERS:

RB: L. Bell vs HOU
RB: Forte vs MIA
FLEX: Randle @ DAL
WR: Marshall vs MIA
WR: V. Jackson *BYE*
TE: Thomas vs SF
FLEX: Donnell @ DAL
D/ST: Lions vs NO
K: Parkey *BYE*

BENCH:
Crowell @ JAC
West @ JAC
Hurns vs CLE
Blount vs HOU
McKinnon @ BUF
J. Wright @ BUF
Hunter @ WSH
Storm Johnson vs CLE

IR: Ingram @ DET


I'm thinking about making these moves:
Drop: Hurns for Ingram from IR
Drop: West for a Kicker

Start: Crowell in the FLEX for V. Jackson who is on BYE

Start: Donnell, Hunter, or J.Wright in the other FLEX


This still leaves me with Lions D/ST against NO.
