I applaud Kaepernick for his not give a frick attitude...everyone is just dogging on him because he is Kaepernick. If this was Graham, Saints fans would be all for him sticking it to the NFL

I think the whole Bose/Beats thing is getting ridiculous and Beats are coming out better in the situation, but I'm with the people questioning why Kaep has to wear headphones to every interview. He should pair them with glasses without lenses to try to get as many unneeded accessories as possible on his head.

He has an endorsement deal with Beats. None of us know the details, but I would assume it includes wearing the headphones at interviews. His deal originated before the NFL's deal with Bose, so it will be interesting to read the ruling on his appeal.

Yeah, I probably worded my post poorly. I assume he has a deal with them and the more he wears it, the more they pay him. But, I'm just trying to say I think it looks retarded. So, in a long winded way, good business move most likely, but I can't help but roll my eyes when he has them on in an interview.

So does Andrew Luck's neck beard, but I don't care. I guess I just don't understand why people care so much about the headphones. Kaep is a promising young player, he is good guy, and he is smart to take advantage of the any opportunity to better himself financially.
