The next stage of truck nuts

As I drove to work today I passed a Ford F150. It was jacked up with huge tires and an insanely large Ducks Unlimitied sticker on the back window. Then I noticed the truck nuts. 2 large bolts hanging by a chain. Now that's no uncommon espially in Ascension Parish. What was a unique about these set of truck nuts was the large bolt hanging between them. Now not only do we have truck nuts but we have truck cocks as well.
Do we call them truck cocks or is there a better name?

so that means the drivers IQ is 3 instead of 2 or do you subtract 1 from 2 and that lowers the truck drivers IQ?

Okay - now I'm confused (and maybe that's for the best) - up here (CENLA), I typically see what appears to be anatomically correct nuts hanging below the trailer hitch - strongly implying the hitch itself is the... how to put this delicately... the truck's - penis.
So, this new development would be getting even more weird - and not in a good way.
