ISP Speed Test - Help...

Just tested mine and came back with this. I am on the best ATT internet they offer and live in the middle of Baton Rouge. Not out in the country or anything like that.
How do I begin my road to change? Call ATT? Drop them for someone else? Not sure where to begin. I feel like I've just been given some horrible news. #slowerthan88percentofUS
