When do the Specks start rolling into Lake Decade? What is the ruling on fishing the canals on the left or right coming from Falgoust Marina?

Specks haven't been holding in Decade the last few years like they use to. Better off going further south and fishing marsh bayous

A week or so ago. I figured everybody knew, there was only 37 boats around the point Saturday morning.

Screw Decade. We actually went back and put all of our logged trips into a spread sheet. This time of year decade blew and wouldn't you know it--the usual summer spots held more trout than anywhere.

I love it on LSU game days. Every boat in that lake cranks up and hauls arse at the same time, 2 hours before kickoff.

It's pure chaos at Falgout Canal Marina at that time.

I've seen it worse than this picture at times.

Storm minnows in this exact color.

Just cast and reel, cast and reel. Vary your retrieve speed until you find the sweet spot.
