This is controversial. On the one hand you would think that peeing in the shower saves you from a standard 3 gallon flush. However I bet most people who pee in the shower don't pee while also washing themselves- meaning they end up taking a longer shower, using up even more water than flushing the toilet.
The proper solution to the environmental concerns, gentlemen, is to pee in the toilet but not flush.
