Rivers vs Oak or Eli vs Philly

I am using Eli in my FD lineups. Philly D is weak and I believe the over/under on the game is relatively high.

That said, Oakland is also terrible, so I think you've got a coin flip. I'd still go Eli personally, although I think he has high risk/high reward.
