Juban Crossing in Denham: Belk opened today?

Has anybody been by there today? I have been hearing that their opening was Oct 15, but I just read that they planned a "soft opening" today. I had never heard that term before.
Even though I am not as excited about Juban Crossing as I was 7-9 years ago, it is nice to see things finally opening.

Originally, Dillard's, Barnes and Nobel, and Whole Foods were slotted to open by 2008...well...i was looking forward to that. None of those are coming...but Rouses is good...I don't go to Academy...Five Guys will be good...Belk, I believe, does not carry Daniel Cremieux, which is mostly what I wear, but Dillard's does!

Having a Rouses would have been rad back when their grocery supplier was local from AG in Baton Rouge, now they have a nationwide chain but still keep pumping out that Louisiana made b.s. Now they're sole intent is putting the local AG stores out of business.
