I'd be getting Lacy and Golden Tate and giving up Antonio Brown. Both my RBs and WRs are pretty solid so I don't NEED help in either area.
Accept it or no?

If you have a solid supporting cast like you claim, why not? Now you will have more matchup options.

I was just hesitant to give up Brown especially with Lacy's struggles (although he has played better lately).

I wouldn't do it, if you are solid every else.
I would assume you're going to start both of them, so who would you sit out of your solid lineup if you did trade? Is Lacy/Tate better than Brown/?

Julio jones and Reggie Wayne and Antonio Brown are my starting WRs with Eddie Royal and Josh Gordon on my bench.
At RB I have Charles, Rashad Jennings, and Joique Bell.
My TEs suck (I have Fleener and Jared Cook) but I've given up hope on trading with someone for an upgrade there
QB I have Kirk Cousins. I guess I could always use Brown as a trading piece for a better QB but Cousins has been decent.

I could start Tate as my WR2 until Gordon is back and play Lacy with Charles and then decide between Wayne and Rashad Jennings each week.
