What happens if a user is fired as an owner in an on-line connected franchise?

One guy in our league moved Tampa Bay to London, and he didn't know the cost of the moving the team. Therefore, he was hit with a positive funds requirement for year two. He doesn't even have a full roster, and there is no way his finances will produce a positive year-end cash fund.

Note - Madden does a poor job of informing owners about the financial burden of relocating a team.

It's not the owner. If you are an owner and in the season in a negative cash position it warns you that next year must be positive cash flow are your are terminated. We are about 8 games from finding out what happens.
