PPR 12 team 2RB 2 WR 1F.

Other WRs are Marshall, Cobb, E. Sanders, Cooks, and Gordon

RBs: Lacy, Vereen, Sankey, Hill, McKinnon

Also have interest in same trade for either Ben Tate or Frank Gore

I think that'd be an okay trade. Tate will probably go back to 6-10 points after Mega comes back (PPR 10-15) in two weeks. If you need wins right now, possibly keep him.

Also with Logan Thomas as the QB in AZ... You're (and I) in for some pain this weekend if Carson Palmer or Drew Stanton isn't cleared. Ellington should do okay afterwards even with a tough schedule the ROS.

Good deal for you..you're solid at WR

I was similar to you.. Had 4 WRs that are startable in my team, but had Tom Brady as my QB with Flacco runnin back up

Nelson
Sanders
Maclin
Harvin

Trade got processed this morning:

Flacco and Harvin for Cutler and Torrey Smith.

Cutler was the other teams backup, and had Peyton (who already had a BYE).

I would laugh pretty hard at anyone who thought they could give me Tate and get Ellington.

Tate averages more PPG even with Ellington's fluke week last week with his 86yd TD catch

Maybe. But the love for Ellington is strong here. And honestly, there aren't that many RBs tearing it up right now. I wouldn't take Tate for Ellington.

Tate has the 8th most WR points. 82.5. Has only 1td so far, which the TDS will come.

Ellington has the 14th most RB. 65.0. That's with a fluke long TD.

Plus with Calvin hobbled the past two weeks you'd think more coverage would be focused on Tate. That would certainly limits his numbers, right? Wrong.

The last 2 weeks 8/116 and 7/134 and his first score.

While I don't disagree with your assessment, where are you gonna go? Lynch? Wouldn't happen. LeVeon? Wouldn't happen. Tate doesn't start for me and I need an RB that is semi reliable.

Elington has been getting 10PPG and that is PPR.

he blew up last week and caught a long TD that should have been intetcepted

True, but he has been injured. I'm thinking better days are ahead. And RBs are just hard to come by, where WRs are more readily available. Just scarcity at the position.

I tell you who I'd target. I'd go after Fred Jackson. The dude is underrated. They tried to give Spiller the job a few times, but it's FJax who keeps getting the fantasy points. Buffalo dumps the ball a lot to the backs.

And at this point I'd rather Tate than B. Marshall. Maybe you can flip him for a top RB.

No. Tate is putting up WR1 numbers through 5 games so far. Hardly a large enough sample size. I can still easily name 12 WRs I would prefer to have over Tate.

I would trade Ellington if someone wanted to give me Green or Megatron but they probably aren't in the top 30 of WRs so far this year.

And it's convenient that you throw out the fluke TD for Ellington. It happened. It counts.

Why can't he keep it up? He is in a perfect situation, (with or without megatron). He has tons of talent, he's versatile. It's not something Im just saying. Ive had him pegged to breakout since the offseason. He goes from a team that throws 400x a year to 600x a year without many WR weapons. The dude is eating and will continue to.

yeah, it counts, but you don't get points for it going forward. The likeliness of it happening again is slim.

He is getting 3.8 YPC. He really isnt catching many balls.

his point totals before last week 10, 11, 12, and that's PPR. Shane Vereen hasnt been much worse then that.

He reminds me of a young Steve Smith.
