While speaking at the home of billionaire donor Rich Richman.

“If Republicans win, we know who they’ll be fighting for,” Obama said. “Once again, the interests of billionaires will come before the needs of the middle class.”

quote:

Twenty-five donors paid $32,400 each to get their photo taken with the president. Others paid $10,000 for dinner.

quote:

Obama arrived from New York City — where he had attended a fundraiser with hedge-fund billionaires George Soros and Paul Tudor Jones — in a convoy of four helicopters that landed at the Greenwich Polo Club.

Try not to trip over the hypocrisy.

Bill Gates, Warren Buffet and George Soros awaken to shocking news they're actually Republicans.

Also some irony there too.

It is a shame tens of millions of Americans are too stupid to see this.

Obama loves when you covet your neighbor's goods. Obama loves the sin of envy. He promotes it everywhere he goes. It's the cornerstone of his campaign.

"You should be mad because they are rich".

The hypocrisy is rich.

A guy I went to school with at LSU (left wing hackavist) is a lobbyist in DC. He hosted one of those dinners for Obama and said that most people only pay for the dinner and only a few do the photo/dinner package. 10k is a lot of cheese for a cold steak dinner

I heard an ad for the Senate race the other day, paid for by a Soros group, and mentioned billionaire or millionaire 5 times in a 30 second commercial

Here's what's really sad. Obama has been President for 6 years, and all he can do while campaigning or fundraising is to create smokescreens that have nothing to do with anything.

You've had 2,000 days to effect your "Hope and Change" agenda, Mr. Obama. Why can't you promote all of your many accomplishments? Why are you reduced to engaging in tactics against your political opponents that, on a much more benign level, is the equivalent of Ayatollah Khomeini calling America "the great Satan" in an attempt to distract from your own failures?

Thread title is misleading and sucks.

Obama's statement is accurate. The GOP fights for the wealthy in general.

Stupid thread and title

He has tried. GOP blocks him at every turn, but he has at least tried to address the exploding wealth gap.

but as long as he says it, it must be true, or so millionaires like Affleck and Paltrow believe.
