I'm not on the Donnell train at all, but he at least contributed to some wins up until last week

Cruz is their best WR. How many good games has he had over the past two season? If you cannot trot out their best WR w confidence, I just don't see how ODBjr becomes a guy teams will want to lean on

In my defense, I never said that anyone should lean on him. Out of necessity, I might have to flex him this week in my 14 team league, though.

Well out of necessity is different from fully aboard the bandwagon.

Probably more so on Eli and the fact that Cruz isn't a true No. 1 in NFL terms. He needs someone like when Nicks was actually worth a shite.

If the Giants had a true No. 1, I think Cruz would have the same value he had a few years ago. He's essentially a shitty version of Antonio Brown. Brown isn't a prototypical No. 1 WR, but he is all Pittsburgh has and is dirty with the ball in his hands

I'm fully aboard the bandwagon on rostering him.

I like ODB as a player. But like I said, Cruz is their best WR and he is inconsistent as it is. Randle and Donnell are meh but they are RZ targets

Throwing in Beckham when the pecking order hasn't been established is risky. I'd rather wait and see

I agree. But that O has been a clusterfrick fantasy wise the last two years

I can see one pass catcher doing well each week. Question is, who will it be? Some weeks Cruz may drop 150, some weeks Donnell or randle get 2 TDs, some weeks ODBjr may make a big play. Just volatile

I think Donnell is about to go away quietly. OBJ is there for the intermediate stuff now. Donnell will still get RZ looks but I can't see him getting 5-7 looks per game like the first 4 weeks

OBJ time fellas

Hate to see Cruz go out like that, though.

I think this helps Donnell's value too

Randle is the leading WR on the team even with Odell in the game last week. You're being very optimistic if you think Odell will outproduce Randle THIS YEAR in fantasy.

forskup: I'd say OBJ is a much more polished receiver considering he was mentored by Cam Cameron at LSU. I think for the rest of the year 700-800/5TD's is quite in the realm of possibility for him.

My boy proved me wrong with a TON more yards and TD's

High five for us

I remember creating a thread on here something akin to... "Odell Beckham Jr" - "How good is this guy?" and someone else responded 'don't bother with him until next year'. Glad I only dropped him in one league and kept him in the other. Wish I had kept him in both sigh.

EDIT: found it. they weren't as adamant about it as tzimme
